The Day's Events
Activities begin at 9:00 AM with Parade
It will be a fun day in Lawn as a parade of people walking, decorated Golf Carts, decorated bicycles, scooters, UTV's or other entries compete for trophies! Walk in Costume! Everyone, young & not as young are invited to be in the PARADE! Decorate with lights, Flags or whatever! MAKE IT FUN!! Trophies will be awarded at 1:30.
OUR THEME THIS YEAR IS
LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL!
IF IT HAS ANY WHEELS, THEN IT'S A DEAL!
Our route will expand this year. WE WILL BE COMING FROM THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. SO BE THERE AT 8:45am. SOME OF THE JIM NED HIGH SCHOOL BAND WILL BE PLAYING!
COLORS are posted by Dyess Air Force Base. Once we sing the national anthem and our troops dismiss The parade begins!
We are gathering at On the Way Home's Courtyard! The Registration, Food, etc.. will be right at OtWH! We will park to the end of Downtown Main Street. But rather than pull into folks yards to be judged, we will go down to the pantry area and park along the road to the Ballpark or in the areas our Parking Folks send you to.
IN THE OtWH Court yard we will be selling food at breakfast and lunch, while also holding a raffle FOR A NICE TRAILER, a Silent Auction, 50/50 and other events!
The Silent Auction will have amazing CRAFT ITEMS AGAIN THIS YEAR! Some for all seasons! If you are a crafty decorator don't miss this one! We will have all types of items.
